What is IELTS?
IELTS is a standardized test used to measure whether the
students applying abroad have an acceptable level of English or not. IELTS
assess the level of the students on the basis of four language skills,
necessary for communication. These are listening, reading, writing and
speaking. Students must make themselves familiar with the test format in
advance. It is highly recommended that those who want to achieve a higher band
score prepare themselves with the help of an experienced teacher.
Every month up to four IELTS tests are conducted by British
Council and IDP jointly. The test is prepared by Cambridge University. The test
is conducted on specific dates decided in advance by the authorities. In total
there are 48 test dates. The main test that is Listening, Reading and Writing
is conducted either on Thursdays or Saturdays as per the fixed dates while
speaking may be scheduled any day within seven days from the main test. A
student who desires to appear in the test must have a valid passport.

module is one hour. There is no extra time provided to the students to transfer
