What after Graduation? Youth of India is well educated these days and from the last literacy rate of India that was 74% approximately only 8.15% of the total population is graduated in any stream and post graduates are only 4.5% of it. There are so many reasons behind these which are given below: Brain Drain- Most of the youngsters go abroad for their higher studies after 12 th or graduation in some colleges having no value and working there as part time low wages employees.
