The need to get enough sleep cannot be underestimated. Without proper sleep one may end up suffering many health problems, some of which can be very serious in nature. To make sure that you get enough sleep here are some simple points to follow.
  1. Go to bed and get up at the same time each day.
  2. Have a quiet room which is dark, with the right temperature and relaxing.

  5. Avoid heavy meals, alcohol and caffeine before bed time.
