CLAT Legal Aptitude CLAT stands for Common Law Admission Test which is a national level test conducted for entry into various Law colleges in India. Legal Aptitude is one of the sections in this test which comprises of 50 questions and one mark is given for every correct response. There are two types of questions included in this exam; they are Legal Knowledge and Legal Reasoning questions. Legal Reasoning: The questions asked in this section consist of principle and facts on the basis of which answer is derived. Generally, three laws are included in this exam that is, Law of Torts, Law of Contracts and Criminal Laws.
