INTERESTED IN SETTLING IN NEW ZEALAND?
One of the best places to stay and work for any health care professional is none other than New Zealand. This country has very good climate, scenic beauty and most importantly excellent job opportunities. New Zealand is one of the last places on earth to be populated and hence is least polluted. The population of the country is not very high either. This being said, it is a wonderful location for migrating.
If you are a nursing graduate or even a nursing student, this country is a great place for you to migrate to. All you need is a valid nursing degree which can be obtained after three or four years of training from a nursing school or college. After completing your nursing course (GNM or BSc) you will obtain a registration number(RN) to practise your profession. Having obtained this, the final step would be to complete the OET test. It stands for Occupational English Test.
As the name suggests, this test is unlike any other test. It focuses on specific professions and aims at grading candidates proficiency in the English language. You will likely find that this test is much easier than taking the IELTS which is also accepted in New Zealand. But authorities recommend taking the OET test for nurses as this test is made particularly for healthcare professionals.
